智能優(yōu)化型節(jié)能環(huán)保供水系統(tǒng)的泵組效率優(yōu)化技術(shù),在于用不同規(guī)格的泵的組合來(lái)達(dá)到泵的高效工作區(qū),大限度覆蓋供水區(qū)域流量和壓力變動(dòng)范圍,這樣在一定的流量變化、壓力變化范圍內(nèi),水泵始終工作在高效工作區(qū),此時(shí)的變頻調(diào)速才具有真正意義上的節(jié)能效果。智能優(yōu)化型節(jié)能環(huán)保供水系統(tǒng)的專有BI核心技術(shù)體現(xiàn)在(數(shù)據(jù)倉(cāng)庫(kù)及數(shù)據(jù)挖掘):①用戶數(shù)據(jù)檔案后臺(tái)顯示、分類,在線故障診斷。②可以預(yù)先做維護(hù)計(jì)劃,提早做備品備件計(jì)劃。③根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)掘分析之后,發(fā)現(xiàn)用戶的使用特點(diǎn),提出解決方案和問題的依據(jù)。對(duì)于確定規(guī)模的供水要求來(lái)講,從較長(zhǎng)時(shí)間統(tǒng)計(jì)結(jié)果來(lái)看,供水狀態(tài)(流量壓力)的變化是有一定規(guī)律可循的。供水系統(tǒng)遵循這個(gè)規(guī)律運(yùn)作,就能以小的能耗輸入達(dá)到大的輸出,從而達(dá)到真正的節(jié)能。技術(shù)的實(shí)施方案是:設(shè)備通過自動(dòng)記錄設(shè)備每天的運(yùn)行參數(shù),然后供水設(shè)備在接近實(shí)際的工作曲線段工作,從而達(dá)到真正意義上的節(jié)能。
川本KF2型變頻供水機(jī)組針對(duì)每一臺(tái)機(jī)組中的水泵配置了相對(duì)應(yīng)的變頻器,與一臺(tái)變頻器控制多臺(tái)水泵相比,具有控制精確,設(shè)備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更加穩(wěn)定的優(yōu)勢(shì)。在用戶設(shè)定所需的運(yùn)行要求參數(shù)后,每套變頻控制電路對(duì)水泵進(jìn)行單獨(dú)控制,避免了相互之間的干擾影響,機(jī)組中水泵均為輪流運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),A泵在起動(dòng)工作停止后,下一次控制系統(tǒng)則會(huì)命令B泵先行運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),在這種循環(huán)起動(dòng)模式下,不會(huì)出現(xiàn)機(jī)組中某一臺(tái)水泵長(zhǎng)期起動(dòng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn),其他水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間較短的不平衡現(xiàn)象,系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)平衡每臺(tái)水泵的運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)間,避免了集中運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)某臺(tái)泵造成的機(jī)械損耗。運(yùn)行參數(shù)、操作記錄和報(bào)警信號(hào)均能存儲(chǔ)可供隨時(shí)調(diào)閱,也可與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)相連接。
