選用的變頻器是移相多重化的中壓變頻器，主回路上沒有發(fā)生過故障，其可靠性還是比較滿意的。雖然在運(yùn)行時(shí)曾發(fā)生跳車，但其原因是外線路失電引起的?？刂苹芈飞嫌捎跐穸雀叨羞^幾次故障。采取的措施是變頻器室內(nèi)加裝除濕設(shè)備，平時(shí)加強(qiáng)對(duì)設(shè)備的保養(yǎng)。所應(yīng)用的節(jié)能產(chǎn)品與非節(jié)能產(chǎn)品相比，降耗方面的表現(xiàn)。多功能控制閥使用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
節(jié)能前后的能耗比較主要從兩方面進(jìn)行說明，，獨(dú)立的節(jié)能設(shè)備，例如催化煙氣輪機(jī)節(jié)能12000kW，每年節(jié)約價(jià)值7000萬元以上。第二，設(shè)備節(jié)能改造后與改造前的能耗對(duì)比。2010年對(duì)全公司機(jī)泵、空冷、鼓引風(fēng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行參數(shù)與設(shè)計(jì)值、實(shí)際運(yùn)行參數(shù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)估算，篩選出了64個(gè)位號(hào)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備有較好的節(jié)能潛力。邀請(qǐng)中國(guó)石油大學(xué)、撫順石油學(xué)院對(duì)這些設(shè)備進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)核算和標(biāo)定，并分幾批對(duì)機(jī)泵進(jìn)行了改造。下一階段將繼續(xù)深化轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)設(shè)備節(jié)能改造，目前正在實(shí)施的節(jié)能項(xiàng)目主要有鍋爐鼓、引風(fēng)機(jī)增加液力偶合器的改造，硫磺焚燒爐風(fēng)機(jī)增加磁力調(diào)速器的改造，部分涼水塔風(fēng)機(jī)、空冷風(fēng)機(jī)增加永磁調(diào)速器的改造及新上技措項(xiàng)目配套電動(dòng)機(jī)采用高效節(jié)能變頻電動(dòng)機(jī)等。預(yù)計(jì)在2011年公司在設(shè)備節(jié)能方面將會(huì)提高一個(gè)大的臺(tái)階，收效也將會(huì)是非常顯著的。
在實(shí)際工程設(shè)計(jì)與應(yīng)用中，為了保證大負(fù)荷時(shí)風(fēng)機(jī)或水泵系統(tǒng)滿足輸出要求，通常需要按系統(tǒng)的大輸出能力配備風(fēng)機(jī)水泵系統(tǒng)，而真正使用中，絕大多數(shù)情況下并非需要系統(tǒng)在滿負(fù)荷下使用，而是根據(jù)負(fù)載的實(shí)際需要，通過流量控制元件如閥門或風(fēng)門擋板等，實(shí)現(xiàn)流量和壓力控制，以滿足生產(chǎn)過程的需要。
